CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation 49 hours or more before the booked date: No penalty.

Canellation 48-25 hours before: 50% of full service cost penalty fee.

Cancellation 24 hours or less before: 100% of full service cost penalty fee.

Cancellation after the Agreement Duration Commencement Date, mentioned above: 100% of full service cost penalty fee.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY:

Global Culinaire Ltd. is not liable for communication interception or client-provided misinformation.

Maximum liability is limited to total payment.
-
Client waives liability claims.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Global Culinaire Ltd. and this agreement/transaction are goverened by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Disputes are resolved through conciliation or mediation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

Services are provided on “AS IS” or “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

No warranties on availability or quality of services.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY:

Global Culinaire Ltd. agrees not to disclose any information about the Client’s engagement, including their identity and the identity of their guests, to any third party, including media outlets.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

Global Culinaire Ltd. reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or entity displaying bigotry, racism, or engaging in condescending, rude or disrespectful behavoiur via electronic or physical communications.

In such cases, the Client will be charged for the full service, once service has begun, including provisioning time.
